I found 1982 D Lincoln cent while coin roll hunting. It appears to have a glob of metal over the head of Lincoln. My guess is it's PMD. Any other opinions that someone would like to contribute. Thank you

Definitely PMD. That won't occur during the minting process. Could be from welding, but there are so many ways a Coin can be damaged after it leaves the mint, who knows the true cause.

Agree, I pretty much knew it was post mint damaged but I just wondered if anybody else disagree with me. Lincoln really looks like he's got a toupee or a mullet.
