Double die on 1928 penny help

I can't tell if this is dd or not or just old

    Sorry, no doubled die. This is called strike doubling or machine doubling and is worthless.

    Mechanical doubling is "flat and shelf-like". Yours looks exactly that way. Do you not see that effect on your coin?

    Also, there is no reason for you to he looking at every single coin for a doubled die. If there is not a known DD for that date/mintmark (with photos to match to) then no need to look for that.
