The doubling on the nine looks like some sort of mechanical doubling, but the doubling on the TR in TRUST could be the DDO-012. Do you have a picture of the Lincoln's eye?
Also, the proof varieties for 1960 cents are a blast to collect - or even hunt for.
Besides the "normal" large date and small date, there is a
Large over small date and
Small over large date.
Large over large over Small date.
I had several of each variety but sold them all about 5 years ago for an obscene profit.

Here's the same subject, just like mentioned on Error-Ref.com a small chisel tool has left its small chipping marks on the upper inner 0. Reengraving has left it's former hub doubling.

You posted both 1960 and 1961 cents. The 1960 is indeed very well known for its change in number size to prevent die clogging.

I just posted the 9 because it looks like it extends some tilted hub doubling through the bottom, to coordinate with the tilt doubling on WE TRUST
