Deceptive Ebay listing practices

This may seem small to many but as someone who specifically enters searches for PCGS and NGC certified coins, I find it annoying to come across so many raw, uncertified coins. One example is the below with a fake cert # and grade unless it has since been updated or removed. Seriously, how hard is it to list coins and check what you're posting? Intentional deceit for "Search and Browse" or accidental when so many raw listings have PCGS and NGC certifed in the item's specs?

Appears the fake NGC certification # and grade were removed after calling out the seller but the listing still has NGC certified in the listing specs.
