Bronze Clad 1983 Lincoln Cent

If there wouldn't be a discrepancy in cladding mix due to the Philidelphia Mint going to outside sources for their planchets during fiscal year 1982, couldn't we be more inclined to confidently say they are from West Point Mint not being able to tell by a lack of mint mark?

We'll see...WHAT? What brought your attention...?

These cents aren't clad. They are plated :|

    1. Plated, not clad.
    2. Plated with copper, not bronze.
    3. No way to tell if from Philadelphia or West Point.
    4. And, it really doesn't matter.
