They are my local brick and mortar shop. Mostly bullion dealers but they buy and sell other coins.
All my transactions have been smooth with no issues.

I’ve sold new mint issues to them many times. Once you have their purchase order your price is locked in. Every transaction went smoothly. Ship within the prescribed time.
I've never sold to them but have bought from them. One coin I bought was listed with stock photos. It was a current 2021 Type 2 Silver Eagle graded 69. The coin I got had a very bad scratched area. Relatively small but very noticeable. They don't accept returns but were very gracious and quickly replaced the coin anyway. That's my experience with them and because of it, and a few other coins I've bought from them, I have no problem recommending them.
Compared to my local dealer the prices at pinehurst are higher. They are one of the reasons flippers go crazy for limited release mint products as they heavily email when a hot mint product is out. What they pay is also somewhat lower than what you can get selling it yourself but they are easy and fast so take that into consideration. I would use/buy from them if the prices were better, but I have local options some people don’t.
Vince and his group are straight shooters. They run a tight ship over there. If I have any extra bullion or those mint products that have secondary value, I sell to them. never had a problem nor do I ever expect too. I also have ordered stuff , usually bullion product like new eagles for customers from them , again. never an issue. Good group, well respected firm.
I made mistake by not buying the 2019 reverse proof palladium from them in PCGS-69 for the same or lower price than US Mint. I bought from them before and was happy with the transaction.
Thanks for everyone's input. I am running close to their 21 day deadline to receive coins. The mint is still "processing" one of my orders. I may have to ship one item short.

Weren’t they the ones selling the 2019 reverse proof coins for what was believed to be strong premiums only to cancel the sales as prices rose?
I’ve had a few sales to them and they all went smoothly. They pay quickly after they receive your coins. Nothing but good feedback from me.

I've helped the Pinebois get their fair share of US Mint releases and then some. Always smooth sailing.
