Questions on Planchets

For you blank planchet experts I have a couple of very easy questions. See image below.

Question #1
Clad Ike blank - 22.5 grams - all good
Silver half blank - 12.47 grams - all good
Clad quarter - 5.44 grams - ????? I ref material that I see indicates a target weight of 5.67 grams (I can see the clad layer)
Silver dime with ragged clip - 2.04 grams - 2.5 grams is referenced - fake?
Cladded dime - 2.04 grams - I can see the cladding, fake?

Question #2
Is is worth certifying planchets. When I look on ebay, I see certified blanks going for more that uncertified ones.
