1958D CENT WITH POSSIBLE PATTERN

Hello, I am attaching a penny that caught my attention with what appears to be a pattern of some sort. I realize it could just be staining, but was looking for some input and to see if anyone else has seen a penny like this one. The pattern is on both sides, although more visual on the obverse. It is "flat," into the surface, nothing is protruding in the pattern. Attempting to attach photos and learning how to navigate this forum. Thank you. Sony
