Finally found a 1995 "295" backplate error in the wild.

    Can you explain why it's an "error" for those of us that don't know?

    Very interesting, thanks for sharing. Just starting to learn abput currency. Something to watch for. On the census table what is the block? and print run?and how do you determine it? Also is there an estimate of how many/what percentage of these error notes were produced?
