What does it mean?

Received a TPG report today that said my 1929-S Buffalo was "lamination cleaned". Googled it but the only thing that returned was related to coins and lamination peeling. Is this just a fancy way of saying "cleaned"? Any info appreciated.

Your coin has a planchet defect known as a lamination (error) AND it was cleaned
