Paper loss Question

Picked up a nice 67 Morgan, appears to be an 8 on the front. On the reverse, there is speckling of paper loss- most noticeable in the black ‘Joe Morgan’ text at the top. How would PSA grade this card all things considered?

I believe any paper loss on the back is an automatic 1.5 or 2 regardless of the front of the card.

I have seen a 2 with paper losss, but that is the highest I have seen.

Based on the front of the card I would say that it is not paper loss but print loss. It looks like the front has print on it from another card. I am guessing the sheets were still somewhat wet when stacked. If PSA is still giving qualifiers I think it "may" come back as PD, print defect. If they are no longer giving out qualifiers I could see it being coming back 2 grades lower than the card appears to be otherwise.
I am thinking a PSA 4 or 6PD, if it gets graded. The tilt may or may not let it fit correctly in the slab.
