How would PCGS label its holder for this coin?

This a 1961 1/2 penny re-strike of the 1928 proof coins from Ireland. When the original proof sets of 1928 ran out in 1960 the mint struck somewhere between 50 and maybe up to 100 new sets of 1928 dated sets. This coin has extremely mirrored fields and the reverse is heavily frosted. The obverse shows double striking while the reverse show absolutely none. I submitted this coin to ANACS, a couple of decades ago, where it was label DBL STRK but not a restrike. I sent it to COIN WORLD where their opinion was it was cause by a shift die in the multiple strikings. See photos. What I want to know is what do you think PCGS would put on their label if I submitted it for a crossover?
