1985 OPC Hockey dark backs

I’ve seen some of these cards with the darker topps-like backs. Is this a 1981 OPC baseball and 1973-74 OPC hockey like rarity or more of a test run where they were not issued in packs or vending. Does anyone know of any Lemieux graded dark backs?
