1964 D error penny?

I found this penny in a penny roll. And it has a mark along the edge by the word liberty. Could this be a double strike or maybe a cud error? Or did it happen post mint? Can anybody help me figure it out? __ doont know we how to attach photos. HELP PLEASE

    You may have a problem with photos until you are an approved member.
    Approval can be as short as a day or as long as a month.

    You should be able to add a link to your photos on a hosting site.
