In summary -
Both teams forfeited the game that was being played.
Pitcher was suspended 4 games and apparently dismissed from the team entirely.
Batter/runner was suspended 2 games for taunting and instigating, as he was noted by the umpire to have cursed the pitcher while rounding second base, as well as another incident earlier in the game.
Every coach and player from both teams that left the dugouts or bullpens were suspended 2 games. Since the pitcher's team was already on the field, and the incident occurred in front of the batter's dugout, this mostly affected the batter's team as they rushed the field in his defense.
As the batter's team will be unable to field the required 9 players for the next 2 games, they are required to forfeit. Who is their scheduled opponent for the next 2 games, and beneficiary of 2 easy wins, you ask? The team that they just brawled with.

The only suspension should be the pitcher and that’s it

As an umpire and coaches, should they have had some responsibility in deescalated the situation?
