A while ago, two people asked for this book but I only could find one copy. I have now forgotten who the second person was.
There is now one available on the floor at the Mexico City show I can bring it home if you respond to me quickly. Show ends Saturday (unless it sells first).
It will be $100 plus Media Mail shipping (same price as before). Brand new, but it’s wrapped, so I cannot check actual condition.

Actually I asked the seller at the end of the show today and he said it was sold. I will confirm tomorrow.
