I have a ASE Anniversary COA that is signed by John Mercanti. I am trying to find out how many of those COAs he might have signed and if this is of any value.

    This is more of a coin forum question.

    If this was part of a mint promotion then the # will be published somewhere.

    Or, someone may have just sent it to him to sign.
