loading pictures

how do I load a picture onto the discussions forums? it shows "Image URL" and i have no clue what that means.

Welcome to the forum!

You may have a problem with photos until you are an approved member.
Approval can be as short as a day or as long as a month.

You should be able to add a link to your photos on a hosting site
