New counterfeit loophole, any way to shut this down?

Seems ebay will allow fakes as long as they are buying the sponsored position aka ads.

How can we get ebay to take this down and prevent this fake seller from relisting? I have reported his listing and got it taken down twice this week alone!!

The listing doesn't comply with ebay policy..... it doesn't matter if it's sponsored or not.
The roll is gone. I reported the counterfeit 1878-CC.

more hurdles for new accounts.
someone at ebay need do a very basic analysis (actuary?). the cost of frauds all around vs the potential lost fees/business from new members with many more new account hurdles which at this point (since most anyone that will sign up, has already) are mostly just scammers anyway. it is like a *&#^#( piñata exploded.
WAX blockchain has done this with a 5 wax cost per new account or sign up via facebook. (the thought being that new facebook accounts have a level of security/tracking etc already in place and apparently the people wanting new accounts are in such a position that $1.50 is too much to spend) i won't comment about this as NOT to come off as elitist.
i sure hope the majority of people that FINALLY have access to the internet, affordable smart phones, PCs, tablets etc are using them to just play angry birds and take selfies leaving the rest of these goons as the exceptions, not the rule.
Had 1901's listed and removed after reporting; the 1878-CC is back and reported as well.
