Bug in PCGS online submission form - charged for 1 extra coin

I'm filling out the PCGS online submission form now and noticed there's an off-by-1 error in their code. 10 coins entered but charged for 11. No one ever picks up the phone when I call, so I'm reporting this here.

i have had, in the past, online forms adding something extra if i've clicked in the next area and sometimes deleting/backspacing in those extra (seemingly empty boxes) removes the extra charges.
of course, it could be a bug in this scenario as well.

Gets weirder. Later on in the process it duplicated the first coin, so now technically there are 11 coins, but I entered the first coin only once.
I was able to go back and edit the list to delete one of the duplicates, so now I'm being charged the right amount, but the list starts counting at #2.
Humorously, when I print out the submission labels, it also starts at "Line #2".
It's inflation...
Last time there was a bug in a PCGS slab it auctioned for a lot of money. Maybe you’ll get lucky on this one!
Or the next quarterly special!

Here's all I can give you:
Submission type is World/Gold Shield/Grading.
Other than just adding coins one by one, here's all I can add:
1. I entered the first coin, then attempted to edit the first coin, I think to change the value. I hit save and continued to add coins.
2. One row has 3 coins in it. I usually only do 1 coin per row.
Everything else about the submission is pretty basic/straightforward.
If I was to guess, it was probably something about #1 that made this happen, but I don't know.
