Need an Appox. value for a Pokémon PSA 10 with a Pop of 5

I have a Misdreavus 2001 Neo Revelation Holo 11/64 PSA 10 with a POP of 5 !! Any Clue as to How to Valuate This Card, Or, Any POP 5 ??

    A lot of the answer to this question depends on your own expectations. What do you think is a reasonable price that you would be happy with? I see that this version is not a 1st edition. So it will not (typically) command the same level of price as a 1st edition would. It looks like the 1st edition versions are running in the $5,000 range (at least!). So based on your expectations if you said I want to get $10,000 for it, that might be a little unrealistic (since it is not a first edition). But if you think you would want only $5000 because of its rarity, then you could start with that as a buy it now price and see how it goes. Or, you could have that as a buy it now price, but also take offers. If you get several in the $3000 range, you might conclude that to be a price you are satisfied with. (Even though you originally thought $5000 was the right amount).

    My point is that you kind of have to think it through for your own expectations. Just because there are only 5 in the pop report doesn’t mean everyone will pay any price to get it. Maybe it is not a popular character, and that explains the lower pop numbers. I know a little about Pokemon, but I have no experience with this set so I can’t be more specific. In any case it seems like you are in a good spot to at least ask for a number you think is reasonable.

    Or you can just do it auction style and see how it comes out! (This is a good choice if you have no pre-set expectations).

    I would say to value it at $500, but if you did an auction, it will sell from anywhere $300-$1000 depending on bidders.. The last two 9's only went for around $100 last year.

    You can see what holo 10's have sold for in the set, though many have no sales of 10's or they are old or only Best Offers...

    Are you valuing it in your personal collection, or do you wish to sell?
