PCGS Holder Question, I saw this and its claimed to be "Just Graded"

Is this a NEW HOLDER that a newly graded coin would come back in??
In the past whenever I've seen these I thought of them to be a much older slab style?

The stacking corners don't look right for the new style.
A newly graded holder would have a little band at the top of the label.
I would have questions.
It's not that new. Gold shield includes the NFC tech, there would be an icon on the reverse label - this one is a few years old - and an NFC in the shell bottom left.

Would I be correct in saying the holder in the OP is a 2011-2012 Holder?

yup
edit to add: assuming it's a legit holder
I'm no expert on holders.

Thank you for the link
I'm going back now and look over the coin better, something isn't right with this one!

The holder is from around 2010-2014.
The coin and the holder appear genuine.
Not that it matters if you suspect foul play based on "just graded" claim, but the holder, if legit, appears to be a GEN 4.4S.
Given the blue on the reverse side, it would be MAR 2010 - MAR 2011.
For reference, here is the current holder (i.e., GEN 6.1S). PCGS began using this version in OCT 2020.
Edited to add:
The links are to the "PCGS Museum of Coin Holders", the same reference @JohnnyCache mentioned earlier in the thread.
Thanks for the link.

I am no expert, but the solid gaskets are from older holders, prior to Gold Shield. Something is not right 🤔.

I am no expert either.
That said, GEN 4.4S is identified as "Gold Shield", and it pre-dates the introduction of the 'tri-view/prong' holder in GEN 4.5.
IOW, I do not think that solid gasket + GS = 'deal breaker'.
