Is this 2003 Topps Chrome Lebron James real or fake?

Can anyone help prove the authenticity of this card from the pics?
To my eye I believe it to look authentic or is there something obvious i'm missing that shows it's a fake/reprint?

Furthermore, could anyone take a stab at a grade? I maybe spotted some surface issues in the top right and left of the front of the card.

I don't recall fake 2003 chromes being a thing, however fake paper topps from that year was big. back gloss looks good, it has almost an orange peel look to it as it should for that set. it does indeed look like there's some issues going on with it however in terms of condition, notably that front top border looks weird unless its glare, and the right front edge looks like an indent??
if you're questioning it that much, I would shy away.
