What's your opinion on this one, I know bad pictures.
It looks to have the deep valley "N" in UNITED?
The images are not good for details of anything about the coin, but if what looks like the periods in the designer's initials then that's a train wreck.
Opinions please?

Many that I see come from the same source, with the same markers.
Some seem a bit different and I like to get other opinions.
Some, the pictures are sketchy and I like to get more opinions on them too, which is the case with this one.
That also seems to keep the other members on there toes, & involved, and at peace with one another

Hi Pete!
Well, when I read the sellers comment as to finding the coin in a coin roll what first went through my mind was!
They meant they had picked up some modern rolls of Cents at a local bank (Not Wheat Cent Rolls) and the coin was in one of those, then I had this vision of someone sticking the worthless piece of junk into a roll just to recoup a penny in value out of it
I have no idea to any facts of that, but it just struck a funny bone in me!

The old dog & I go back & forth a good bit in our threads, its all in good humor, although, if I can figure out just what he's referencing about the mess in my front yard, he may be sleeping on the porch tonight instead of the couch

Now, back to that coin you found. Its pretty rare I feel to see a phony 09-S non VDB, its like when they go to the trouble (go this far) its an attempt at a SVDB and the process just went wrong in the area of the designers initials. Bad pictures of these coins are common.
You could start a new thread and screen grab the images of the coin and get more EYES to specifically look at it.
