Here are the single side TrueViews:
i made this just so i could visualize the overstrike. it isn't strong enough for me to get there completely on my own.
since i made it, i will share it.

AWESOME!!!!
Zoins, you are Master Researcher!!!!!
I bought this from Jon Sullivan sometime after Stacks, I'll dig up receipt, thus I did not source it from the June 2018 auction.
Here's the Stack's auction text:
This interesting and rare coin will appeal to advanced Peace dollar collectors and Mint error specialists alike. Bold remnants of the first impression are most readily evident at the left and right obverse borders, on Liberty's neck, and on the reverse at the eagle's tail and legs. The second strike, which is rotated 90 degrees clockwise relative to the first impression, displays razor sharp definition throughout the design. The surfaces are frosty and untoned apart from wisps of reddish-gold peripheral toning. This is an impressive Peace dollar will be just right for an advanced collection. This error was created when a properly struck coin failed to eject, the planchet instead remaining in the press, yet rotating 90 degrees before being struck a second time. Writing about a different double struck error on a 1923 Peace dollar in 100 Greatest U.S. Error Coins (2010), Nicholas P. Brown, David J. Camire and Fred Weinberg state: "There are many double-struck coins, but not in the Peace dollar series; these are extremely rare." Indeed, this is one of our few offerings of a major Mint error of any kind on a silver dollar of this type. A find that is worthy of the strongest bids.
Also I really love the LanceNewmanOCC dual images!!!!
I think its accurate & quite wonderful to see!!!!!
Thank You Very Much!!!!

Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good to know the provenance, which I love tracking
ok. i forgot to come back and look. those are lips on the neck. i bet some of you could come up with a DOOZY of a nickname/moniker for this one!
i will say i am COMPLETELY astonished that the 2nd strike essentially wiped out the first. for some reason, this seems to be the case primarily with peace dollar d/s.
it would be interesting to know if someone down the line just considered this damaged and/or if it were just submitted outright just for a graded holder and if pcgs picked up on it at that time or, or, or....
it really doesn't scream d/s without some training to be able to pick up on these types of pups.

Awesome image enhancement of one of my best errors !!!
Nice!! Passion mark on neck "Hickey Dollar"
Yeah, that’s an incredible rarity right there. I’m glad that one didn’t end up in circulation. Wonderful coin!
Thanks for posting as this was on eBay close to a decade ago in a non Secure-View PCGS holder with no true view. A seller whom I had bought from but didn't not accept returns had it listed with poor handheld digital camera photos. I just could not see any of the remaining rotation details from the first strike to take the risk in purchasing.
If they say so, I’m barely seeing it.
those are clearly the lips on the neck and if you look at the reverse, the most bottom eagles tail feathers and the legs, you can see the straight lines from the rays.
the more you look at the overlay i did and then look at the non-overlay, a lot of pups start to jump out but it is best to look at the full size images, not just the ones in the post. it becomes super apparent then.
