Wrong Designer's initials, notice how the periods run at an angled line downward and don't follow the rim.
What happened to that "V"? The period following the "D" is to close to the "D"
The "N" in UNITED is a deep valley style font.
Could this be one of the first 09-S's that someone added the VDB to it?

Well, I know of at lest two contacts to the seller of the this coin, seems he's made some adjustments to the listing, but its still listed as being an 09SVDB, to which its clearly not!
