1968 Topps Belanger

This card was up for auction tonight and for obvious reasons I didn't say anything while the auction was going on.

Is there a tilt, or was Belanger's name intended to be printed at an angle, or were all names printed that way in 1968?

    It looks like the burlap is the culprit here. There was another 10 sold in January and it looks very similar. There doesn't seem to be very much tilt at all to the card, I think more optical illusion than anything.

    They all seem to look that way. Appears to be a printing issue.
