Encapsulation question.

When a coin leaves grading, I am to assume the grade has been determined, right? When it arrives in Encapsulation it should just need to be encapsulated, right? Or am I missing something. I have a coin that has been gone 3 months and is now entering its 3rd week in Encapsulation. Just wondering. Phil told me Monday, a week ago, that encapsulation was taking 10 business days for Economy orders. That is a couple of days past that now. Not truly upset as 3 weeks is nothing to 3 months, but just wondering if there is a step I'm not aware of.

I have had a grade adjustment after going to QA once
My recent experience is that the "my account" status bar us nit accyrate several calls to CS indicated the actual submission status was different than what the online account page status indicated.
