Found a 1999 front printing plate "90" error. Anyone else has any other info besides the info I am showing in my post?? Thanks!!

    It says it only affects notes in the F4 position, and your note has plate position B1…am I reading that correctly Vince ?

    You might be correct...im only reading half of the info LOL. My bad.....dammmm and I thought i had something lol.
