I think better pictures would show more problems with the obverse like the tiny "L" in LIBERTY, so, I'm mainly looking at the problems on reverse.
The designer's initials are way to close together (crunched together) and the letter group is to far to the left (to close to the wheat stem).
The "N" in UNITED looks to have the fatter angled cross bar, but it still appears to be a deep valley style font.

That little L is cute. Reverse looks "cartoonish".

It's bad for sure. First off, it just doesn't "look" right.
The V.D.B. on the reverse looks too crowded.
