It has all the original packaging and COA.Examining with a 10X loop,I see on the front in Kennedy's hair the slightest tiny line of color (very light pink of sorts)-please see pics.It is terribly minor and, from what I'm told, can be easily and inexpensively removed.$1700 dlvd (payment via a fee free method like PP F/F or Zelle or a check/echeck or add 3% for regular PP).Feel free to ask any questions.Thanks!
