counterstamped 1824 French 5 FR

I have an 1824 French 5 Fr in vf/xf that is incused counter stamped on the obverse. Left side- S. D. curved to the right of "LOUIS XVIII ROI" and right side - W.L.D. curved to the left of "DE FRANCE". The counter stamps appear to be professionally done and are sharp and somewhat ornate. Possibly a mint product? Any help in identifying this piece would be appreciated. Barry Kremkau
