Stolen PSA Graded cards

I recently happened upon a kind of shady character attempting to sell a valuable PSA graded card for much less than is published value. I have a serious suspicion that the card is stolen. No way am I gonna take part in that. Is there a list of stolen PSA Cards anywhere? If not, why can't PSA Start a Stolen Card Program where stolen cards can be reported?

    They actually do. If you call and report the certs as stolen, then PSA will flag them and if someone else attempts to register them, they are rejected. I don't think there is a list of cards reported stolen that everyone can peruse, but they do keep a ledger of them.

    If you didn't see it in person, then most likely this "shady character" isn't even in possession of what he/she is "trying" to sell you.... c
