Question About Searching on This Forum - How to Sort by Date?

I have noticed that when searching the forum, the results are displayed below the search bar, but there's no way to sort the results. Am I just missing something? It appears that the default sort is based on relevance only.

    There is a limited advanced search function.

    Once you type something into the search bar and hit "Go" you will now see a drop down arrow in the search bar.
    Click the drop down arrow for the limited advance search.
