Have two cities ever met in the same year in two of the four major sports finals ?

MLB
NFL
NBA
NHL

Example: Red Sox vs Dodgers and Lakers vs Celtics

Can we get a 2 out of 4 or even 3 out of 4?

I don't know. But if it did happen...... I would think that Los Angeles and New York were involved. And , Boston? 🤔

Only stab I could think would be Detroit/Chi-town for nba/nhl....but I know that's wrong.

Doesn’t answer the question, but Boston and St. Louis are the only two cities to meet in all four finals in their lifetime if you consider

NBA. St. Louis Hawks vs Boston Celtics

NFL. St. Louis Rams vs NE Patriots

    MLB. Red Sox vs Cardinals

    NHL. Bruins vs Blues

The NBA, NHL, and MLB clubs have faced each other at least twice.

    Not sure about the NFL
