The earlier number case codes number listed from this BBCE sale will have the Ripken FF card. I believe it’s case codes before 90171 contain the Ripken error. The first number is the year printed, so 8 is 1988 and 9 is 1989. The middle 3 numbers is the day printed, so 017 is Jan 17th. He last number is the morning or evening printing.
