I read the Ottoman Egypt copper coin as 1/40 Qirsh - Abdul Hamid II.
If it is around 17 mm then 1/40 Qirsh if around 20 mm then 1/20 Qirsh.
The date appears to be AH 1293 and regnal year 24 or AH 1293+24-1 or AH 1316 (AD 1898/1899).
