PCGS Regrade submission

When you submit certified coins for crossover or re-grade, is it necessary to label the coins like you do when you submit raw?

    One would think having cert numbers on the labels and holders would be enough but they have a lot going through.

    Just in case, I would label the slabs with the submission number
