I purchased an MS 69 archangel, and got this copper spotted 70. The listing states, “ Coin(s) will not have toning unless otherwise noted.”

What grade do you think this coin deserves?

I am not seeking notoriety but have previously shown how to get rid of copper spots with a redox reaction featuring heated vinegar, baking soda and aluminum foil. Used one of the gold Kennedy halves....Works very well but you would have to crackout the coin obviously. I suppose NGC might take it back and "conserve" it as well....

I wouldn't consider a copper spot or two to be toning and so not necessary to mention, but maybe collectors of moderns feel differently. It seems like there are enough rim marks on both sides to preclude a 70 grade and 69 seems appropriate.
