    Please don’t chuck it in the trash! I’ve always liked these, and there are some very rare varieties if I remember correctly.

    I wouldn’t trash it, but I’d sell it and wait for an opportunity to buy the “first issue” piece actually struck in El Paramo.

    Thank you Matt and Mr. Eureka,

    I bought this coin and crossed to PCGS. There appears to be only two in 65 none better both grading services for this "pioneer gold"....I always thought Steven Spielberg could create a great film on Julius Popper life.

    What is the difference with the one gramo coins strucK El Paramo?

    Here's the 1 Gramo that I want! Bought it at the Huntington sale in 2013 but couldn't manage to hold on to it.
