I'd like to request my two free clues for Friday. I'd also like to get another freebie for having a Morgan dollar as my icon. I need everything that is not publically available.

Ok... I have no life. I created an Excel spreadsheet with all the types entered & columns laid out per LM's suggestions.
I also pasted that into a Word document, for those who don't do Excel. All of the coins that are now known to be in the 'public domain' have already been entered.

Here's the problem..... Not only can I not PM, I can't seem to attach files, either. So, if anyone wants these files you'll have to email me. When I get home tonight I'll probably post them on my web site, both as downloadable files and as a web page that you can just print.

ALL CLUE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE ON THE "MASTER" THREAD , please, for the sake of my sanity. image

rtgjeg- I await your selection of two Friday clues on the master thread. You will also get the Morgan dollar.

ClarkOfKent- four clues of your choice. (two for Friday, two for your spreadsheet. Please share the spreadsheet here when you get a chance, and post your clue requests on the master thread).

GaCoinNewbie- three clues. Two of your choice, plus the Statehood quarter, since you are from the Peach State, like me. image (Any other folks from this state may also request that virtual coin, #63, free.)

Due to my inability to creat attachments, I've posted the spreadsheet on a web site I'm not currently making use of.

The spreadsheet in Excel, Word, and printable web page versions are available at:

OK, the identity of the prize coin itself has been discovered. Here is what the winner will get, if they are first to complete the Virtual Type Set...

(There is another crummy picture of it on the master thread, that shows the reverse, and the label. Looks much nicer than the pictures, I swear.)

The ClarkOfKent spreadsheet has hereby been given the official Lord Marcovan stamp of approval, if you want to use that. (Thanks, Clark). Or, you may copy my list above and paste in the info as you add coins. Either way is fine.

You should be able to right-click on each picture and scroll down to "Properties". The "Properties" will give you the URL (web address) of each picture. You can just copy the URL's and paste them into messages. Then the recipients can paste the URL's into their browser and find them.

Or, more simply, you may share the information in the pics with someone (make sure you give them all the right info, to the letter!) If anyone has gotten text-only clues in trades and would like to see the actual pictures, I will be happy to give them (IF they have the correct textual information). Just PM me to trade text for pictures.

I repeat, only the information is necessary to win, not the pictures themselves. But if I were playing the game, I would certainly want to see all the pics of my virtual coins. That's part of the fun. No problem. If you've got all the right info, you may have the picture of any coin, just for the asking.

Those of you who cannot post images and links should really learn how, though... Maybe someone who is a better teacher than I can help out there.

Billman shared 64, 65, 66, and 86 publicly on the master thread, so they have been added to the list. ClarkOfKent, you might want to add these to your spreadsheet, as well, since they are now public domain...

    Congratulations, Whitewashqtr!!

Thanks you for the awesome giveaway, LordM. This has been indeed the most interesting one I've seen on these boards, and I'm impatiently waiting for its Darkside sequel.

I'm sorry I couldn't watch the final hours of the giveaway, being absent on the weekend as I usually am. Anyway, I really enjoyed participating!

    TTT for the pics.

Old thread, I know. Feel free to disregard it unless you wish to use any of the pics yourself for reference or whatever. I just wanted to keep it from dying since my image server is a pain to log onto.
