PSA 9's on star cards from 1976 and back are getting very rare. I saw about 15 PSA 9 of Pete Rose card from 1977 and back (OPC and TOpps).
Here were the years that had no PSA 9 listings:
1963 of course
1965
1966
1967
1968
1969
1971
1974
1976
1974 was the most interesting year imo.
