WOW! David Hall e-mailed me personally!

I thought that was kind of cool, him being a big-wig and all, and me being well, just me imageimage
His e-mail was in response to my comments on the Jefferson weights.
That's all!

That's funny because David Hall just posted that you emailed him.

    Seemed pretty excited about it.

I'm thrilled because I once sent David Hall a check for some coins he offered and . . . he cashed it!! I know! I've got the deposted, cashed check right here. It's a keepsake (thinking of eBaying it too...). image

Braddick - Before you E-Bay the check have it slabbed. It may go XF -AU. Bearimage
There once was a place called
    Camelotimage
  • Maybe you could use the $0.99 ACG grading offer (see other thread) and slab it: I'm sure ACG will grade it PR75, at least!!

  • Braddick,

Is his name on the back of the check?

Maybe you can sell it on the Autograph forum image

    Monstavet,

Don't get too excited. He also eMailed me in response to my comments on the Kennedy weightings. The signature looked like an ink stamp, though. Probably a secretary.image

I have gotten e-mails from D. Hall and D. Bowers on the Registry program.

    D. Hall has answered several of my questions, and even asked a few in response. D. Bowers told me to bug D. Hall with the questions. image

    Hello,
I do not want to waste your time with long e-mail, so I will get straight to the point...
These are the absolute changes that need to be done, in my opinion and many of the CU message board...
    1965 -- 1 to 3
    1966 -- 1 to 3
    1967 -- 2 to 3
    1970-D -- 3 is good
    1972 -- 1 to 2
    1974 -- 1 to 2
    1976 -- 1 to 3 this coin is a tough one over 65 (Clad)
    1976-D -- 1 to 2
    1984-D -- 1 to 2
    1990-D -- 1 to 2
    Thank you for your consideration,
    Rusty.

Hi Rusty...I like your "straight to the point". We'll check it out and make the changes that make sense based on all the input we've received. Thanks...David hall

That is pretty kool, that is if he responds and not some one else..</FONT>

    relayer,

If you're going to continue with that quality of humor, I'm going to have
to ask you to take it to the Open Forum.

He bugged Rick M. himself with my e-mail, by cc'inc the response to Rick (with the comment "Rick, can you expand on this" or something like that). Rick responded shortly thereafter. David and Rick and the entire PCGS group are fairly responsive to email (sometimes it takes awhile, but i think they have always responded to me).
