Help identifying 1943-S Trumpet Tail

Any thoughts on if this merc is a FS-10-1943S-511? My thoughts are no, but figured I'd ask some other folks to confirm it.

    I believe it is, especially with the top face of the S to the left of the lower outer curve of the S. Then that's just my opinion.
