PSA grading allocation issues

I have an allocation of 50 submissions, for the $50 level, however when I make a submission the $100 level is the cheapest that shows up. I've tried for several days and I cant get it to apply/work. I've reached out to PSA customer service, and all of their social media outlets and nothing.

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you proceed or fix? Did you just use the $100 option and hope that their CSR fixes it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It'd be cooler if I could get someone from PSA on the phone.

I hear you on that. I tried all day Thursday, and Friday and nothing. Ridiculous.

I received a 5 card allocation I. The first economy offering. Same thing occurred when I tried to fill out my submission. Only $100 level was listed, not the $50. I think they had a number of days the sub needed to be used or discounted fee expired. I was never able to get ahold of anyone from PSA for help or answer.

I collect Seattle Pilots autographs, 1969 Topps autographs, Signed Mickey Mantle Home Run History cards and have a JC Martin collection (he was my college Baseball coach)

The allocations do expire. I think it is like 2 weeks. It should be in the email from PSA.

Hopefully they respond because I definitely tried several days before the allocation was due to expire.

Send them an email at info@psacard.com with the subject line ECONOMY EVENTS and tell them what happened. I bet you get a response in two days giving you your whole allocation amount back in your account.
