What would be the correct name or type for this error

I just got this in and for some reason maybe it's just a Friday brain fog... what is the name of this error?
Off center strike with reverse brockage? Maybe?

Exactamundo!
you have a Lincoln copper plated zinc 70% off center reverse struck through capped die
The reverse was not struck through a capped die, it created an indent on another planchet. I would call it an off center with a uniface obverse.

Sean nailed it- (uniface reverse tho)

wouldn't there be a sharper edge. a tear in the plating. and more uniform indent if it was struck on a type 2 planchet?
Thanks everyone!
