Worth anything? Thanks.
It seems to be worth something https://www.vcoins.com/en/stores/conatus_coins/273/product/marcus_aurelius_161180_sestertius_orichalcum_30_mm_19_g_rome_173174/1150483/Default.aspx
Although I think that seller has the attribution slightly wrong http://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.3.m_aur.1098
I couldn't find a match in FORVM's fake ancient coin reports, but the style looks modern to me. Here's an example of the same types from Wildwinds: https://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/marcus_aurelius/RIC_1098.jpg
The details of the beard in particular, and the stiff pose of Jupiter, don't look ancient to me.

Hmm you might be right. The beard doesn’t look right. The coin has an apparent lack of wear too, and the damage around the edges is a bit odd.
