    you are not a full member yet and can't change it

    whenever the modulators get around to it, you'll be upgraded to change your avatar, upload photos, and send private messages (PMs)

    I am calling lazy and will post a how-to another day. remind me in a few days

    How long do these "upgrades" take? I also cannot change my avatar pic or upload any pics of my coins.
