Philippines under US Sovereignty, struck in Philadelphia.
Dark but mostly even java toning as with most of these that haven't been messed with.
Decent amount of luster around the periphery. Really pretty reverse.
Nice, deep strike. Check out her hair!
Key to the series with a mintage of just 11,000 pieces, but only 307 have been graded across all grades at PCGS and NGC combined (166 at PCGS, 141 at NGC).
