Just wanted to know what the difference in price should be between Factory set and marked tape intact, both wrapped by BBCE

factory set means all the cards are there and have been checked. tape intact means nobody ever looked or touched the cards. the tape intact should be double due to the unopened factor of possibly having a psa 10 ripken. the factory set wont have a 10 since its already been looked at by who knows how many people before the bbce wrap.
